Assignment. 15.1. Ferratum shall have the right to assign its rights and obligations in relation to the Credit Agreement to a third party, provided that you shall be notified of such assignment by Ferratum unless Ferratum continues to service the Credit itself towards you. Your consent is not required for such an assignment. You shall not be entitled to assign your rights and obligations in relation to the Credit Agreement to a third party without Ferratum’s consent in writing. This provision shall survive the termination of the Credit Agreement.
