Common use of Territory Clause in Contracts

Porsche Smart Mobility shall provide the Package to you in the following geographic territory (hereafter referred to as Territory) in accordance to these TU: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including San Marino, Vatican City), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
