Appraisal Fee. No later than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the Signing Date, and prior to the first Drawdown, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender an appraisal fee of zero point twenty five per cent (0.25%) calculated on the maximum amount of the Facility.
