Authorisation. All acts, conditions and things required to be done, fulfilled and performed in order: (a) to authorise the entry into and compliance with its obligations under this Guarantee; (b) to ensure that its obligations under this Guarantee are valid, legally binding and enforceable in accordance with their terms; and (c) to make this Guarantee admissible in evidence in the courts of the Republic of Serbia and in England.
