Irrevocable Instructions. The Borrower irrevocably authorises the Agent to notify the Lenders to make payments in accordance with this Clause 5 and confirms and agrees that such instructions shall not be modified except with the prior written consent of the Lenders. The Borrower also agrees that each Tranche made under this Agreement and paid as set out in this Clause 5 is a Tranche made to the Borrower and the Borrower waives all right of protest it may have to the contrary.
