Definicija Addendum No.1
Addendum No.1 means, the Addendum No.1 to Commercial Contract on Belgrade Bypass Project - Construction of Highway E70/E75, Section: Bridge over Sava near Ostruznica-Bubanj Potok (Sectors 4, 5 and 6) with the contract number ▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇/2016-01 entered by and between Republic of Serbia, represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, on behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure as the Employer and Public Enterprise “Roads of Serbia” as the Beneficiary and Power Construction Corporation of China, Limited as the Contractor on September 21, 2017 with the total amount of One Billion Six Hundred Ninety Million Four Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three only (￥1,690,411,973) (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract Amount”).
