EURIBOR has the meaning given to it in Schedule B. "Event of Default" means any of the circumstances, events or occurrences specified in Article 10.1. "Final Availability Date" means the date falling 48 months from the signature of this Contract, or later date if approved in writing by the Bank upon formal request in writing of the Borrower. "Financing of Terrorism" means the provision or collection of funds, by any means, directly or indirectly, with the intention that they should be used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out any of the offences within the meaning of Articles 1 to 4 of the EU Council Framework Decision 2002/475/JHA of 13 June 2002 on combating terrorism. "Fixed Rate" means an annual interest rate determined by the Bank in accordance with the applicable principles from time to time laid down by the governing bodies of the Bank for loans made at a fixed rate of interest, denominated in the currency of the Tranche and bearing equivalent terms for the repayment of capital and the payment of interest. Such rate shall not be of negative value. "Fixed Rate Tranche" means a Tranche on which the Fixed Rate is applied. "Floating Rate" means a fixed-spread floating annual interest rate, determined by the Bank for each successive Floating Rate Reference Period equal to EURIBOR plus the Spread. If the Floating Rate for any Floating Rate Reference Period is calculated to be below zero, it will be set at zero. "Floating Rate Reference Period" means each period from one Payment Date to the next relevant Payment Date; the first Floating Rate Reference Period shall commence on the date of disbursement of the Tranche. "Floating Rate Tranche" means a Tranche on which the Floating Rate is applied.

"Final Availability Date" means the day falling 60 (sixty) months from the Date of Effectiveness of this Contract, or a later date if approved in writing by the Bank upon formal request in writing of the Borrower. "Financing of Terrorism" means the provision or collection of funds, by any means, directly or indirectly, with the intention that they should be used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out any of the offences listed in the Directive (EU) 2017/541 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2017 on combating terrorism and replacing Council Framework Decision 2002/475/JHA and amending Council Decision 2005/671/JHA (as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time).

Examples of EURIBOR in a sentence

  • For the purpose of determining the EURIBOR in relation to this Article 3.2, the relevant periods within the meaning of Schedule B shall be successive periods of one month commencing on the due date.

EURIBOR означава Европску међубанкарску понуђену стопу, односно годишњу каматну стопу коју објављује Европска банкарска федерација за период једнак или упоредив са шест (6) месеци у или око 11:00 часова пре подне (по бриселском времену) на страници Reuters 248 (или на било којој другој станици или сервису у сврху приказивања EURIBOR-а који је трајно замењује) на Дан котације када се на Европском међубанкарском тржишту нуде допозити у евро валути, и ако је таква стопа испод нуле, EURIBOR ће се сматрати да је нула. Ако је EURIBOR за било који Каматни период одређен, али се привремено не објављује на напред наведеном систему, EURIBOR ће бити стопа коју објављује било који сервис у сврху приказивања EURIBOR-а за период од шест (6) месеци. Ако EURIBOR за било који Каматни период није одређен у складу са горе наведеним, EURIBOR ће бити једнак аритметичкој средини (заокруженој на четири децимална места) каматних стопа релевантног Каматног периода по којима се депозити у еврима нуде на Европском међубанкарском тржишту у или око 11:00 пре подне (по бриселском времену), на Дан котације од стране референтних банака.
