Additional Agreements. This Agreement, together with the Service Agreements (as defined below), form a legally binding contract between you and Dell in relation to your purchase and use of Software, and Dell's performance of Services. In the event of a conflict between these agreements, the terms of these documents will be interpreted in the following order of precedence: (1) Service Agreement; and (2) this Agreement.
