FAULTS OR ERRORS. Air Liquide shall advise the Supplier in writing of any faults or errors in the Goods or Service without unreasonable delay after the fault or error has been discovered by Air Liquide. Air Liquide shall however always have the right to claim faults or errors in Goods or Services up to sixty (60) days after the fault or error is discovered by Air Liquide. Should the Goods or Service be encumbered with a fault or error, the Supplier shall, at his own cost and risk, either remedy the fault or error or make a new delivery. Should the Supplier not have remedied the fault or error or made a new delivery within a reasonable period of time, Air Liquide shall have the right to a reduction in price. Should the fault or error be significant, Air Liquide shall have the right to revoke the Agreement. Air Liquide shall also have the right to claim damages. Upon a fault or error in Goods or Services, the Supplier shall compensate Air Liquide for any related damages, both direct and indirect. The Supplier shall thereby hold Air Liquide harmless against all loss or damage that may arise as a consequence of fault or error in the delivered Goods and/or Service.
