Common use of Passport and visa Clause in Contracts

Passport and visa. Passports may be required on some of Fjälläventyrs travel. It is your responsibility as a traveler to have a full passport with a few blank pages. The passport must be valid at least six (6) months after returning home. If a visa is required on the trip, we will assist you with application documents and instructions. Sometimes a visa is given upon entry into the country and then it is not included in the price of the trip. If a visa is needed before departure, we take care of this and it is included. It is your duty to bring the visa during the journey. Our passport and visa instructions apply to Swedish citizens. If you have a different nationality, other rules may apply. As much as possible, we try to provide accurate information for non-Swedish citizens, but sometimes we refer directly to the respective country's embassy for correct information.
