PRISER, FRAKT OCH BETALNING
Priser anges inkl 25 % moms och vid beställning ses totala priset med fraktkostnad. Gärdsjö Mark och Konsult AB (säljaren) anlitar valfritt fraktbolag för leverans av beställda varor till beställarens adress. Varorna är under transporten till beställaren försäkrade till marknadsvärdet via anlitat fraktbolags försäkringslösning.
Betalning sker enligt valt betalsätts villkor, för betalning finns ett samarbete med Klarna AB org nr 556737-0431 (Klarna). Säljaren säljer och skickar endast varor till privatpersoner och företag eller organisationer inom Sverige. Vid hämtning på lager blir det ingen fraktkostnad och vi tar kontakt med köparen för en tidsbokning inför hämtning.
FRAKTSKADA, FRAKT OCH HÄMTNING
Om varor kommer bort eller om försändelsen vid mottagandet är transportskadad ska köparen omedelbart meddela fraktbolaget detta för att ta del av fraktbolagets rutiner vid skadat gods. Även säljaren ska meddelas omedelbart i sådana här fall, i första hand skriftligt genom e-post samma dag som varorna togs emot.
Vid hämtning upphör säljarens fraktansvar i samband med att lastning av varor har påbörjas till köparen egna fordon. Vid hämtning är utgångspunkten att köparen med en medhjälpare hanterar lastning och surrning av varor från lastpallen som varorna lagerhålls på till eget fordon.
ÅNGERRÄTT FÖR PRIVATPERSONER, DENNA GÄLLER INTE FÖR FÖRETAG ELLER ORGANISATIONER
Privatpersoner har ångerrätt (ångerfrist) i 14 dagar och vid nyttjande av ångerrätt kontaktas säljaren i första hand skriftligen genom e-post. Ångerfristen börjar löpa från den dag varorna togs emot eller en väsentlig del av dem, meddela varför ångerrätten önskas nyttjas när kontakt tas med säljaren.
Vid ett nyttjande av ångerrätten står köparen för returfrakten och varorna ska förpackas varsamt för att inte skadas det vill säga förslagsvis emballerade som vid mottagandet. Retur av varor ska ske inom 14 dagar från det att köparen har framfört till säljaren att ångerrätten önskas nyttjas.
Inför en retur är köparen skyldig att hålla varorna i originalskick och spara varornas förpackningsmaterial, köparen får vid ett nyttjande av ångerrätten inte ha använt varorna men försiktigt undersökt dessa. Om returnerade varor är skadade vid ankomst eller kommer bort i returfrakten via exempelvis vårdslöshet förloras ångerrätten även fast säljaren har godkänt returen som första steg.
Efter att säljaren har mottagit och godkänt varornas skick sker återbetalning av varornas pris inkl 25
% moms efter senast 14 dagar. Köparen måste i samband med en retur av varor inkomma med ett daterat kontobevis som inte är äldre än 1 mån där köparens namn och adress framgår. Returer som är skickade med efterkrav eller mot postförskott kommer inte lösas ut och returneras till avsändaren.
Vid ett nyttjande av ångerrätten och om betalningen har skett till säljaren via samarbetspartnern Klarna kommer de avgifter som denna betaltjänstleverantör har debiterat säljaren (inklusive moms) för att hantera betalningen att dras av från det belopp som återbetalas till köparen.

Vi reserverar oss för eventuella tryckfel i nätbutiken samt slutförsäljning. Det garanteras inte att bilderna återger produkternas exakta utseende då en viss färgskillnad kan förekomma beroende på bildskärm, fotokvalitet och upplösning. Solcellerna och/eller solmodulerna kan sinsemellan ha en viss variation i färgen eftersom detta tillåts i kvalitetskontrollerna i och efter produktionen.
Vi försöker alltid på bästa sätt att exponera produkterna så rättvisande som möjligt. Om beställda varor är slutsålda erhåller beställaren ett preliminärt leveransdatum från oss och kan utifrån detta välja att vänta eller ta bort sin beställning.
GARANTI FRÅN GÄRDSJÖ XXXX OCH KONSULT AB
Säljaren ger 1 års garanti från dagen varorna togs emot eller en väsentlig del av dem. Garantin gäller inte vid extern påverkan såsom från felaktig installation på exempelvis tak eller annan konstruktion med en kortare livslängd än varorna, vid tryck från exempelvis snö eller is som medför att solpanelen böjs dvs det uppstår småsprickor i de enskilda solcellerna som del av solmodulen eller vid överspänningar i anläggningen från exempelvis åska.
För att garantin ska gälla krävs att en snö- och vindlastberäkning finns från montageställningstillverkaren som är anpassad efter installationsplatsens snö- och vindlastkaraktär. Därutöver ska tillverkarens installationsregler följas vilka bl a omfattar mått för var fästningar av solmodulen kan ske och att minsta installationsvinkeln är 10 ° relativt horisontalplanet. Se det efterföljande dokumentet Seraphim Installation Guide 2023 V1.1.
Vid ett garantiärende står köparen för returfrakten till säljaren och säljaren står för frakten till köparen. Inga andra kostnader som kan uppkomma kring garantiärenden såsom exempelvis utlägg för ned- eller uppmontering, förvaring av varor, förändrat skatteläge eller utebliven elproduktion ersätts. Vid ett garantiärende repareras eller ersätts varor och det garanteras inte att eventuella ersättningsvaror har identisk storlek, form eller utseende som köparens ursprungliga modell.

Thanks for choosing Seraphim Photovoltaic Modules (hereafter referred to as “PV Module”), This Guide is to give information on how to apply Seraphim PVmodules properly.
Installers must read and understand this Guide prior to installation. For any questions, please contact our technical department (technic@seraphim-ener- xx.xxx) for further information. Installers should follow all safety precautions described in this Guide as well as local codes when installing a module.
Keep this Guide in a safe place for future reference (care and maintenance) and in case of sale or disposal of the PV modules.

XXX Module power
• The PV modules are qualified for application class A, which may be used in systems operating at greater than 50 V DC or 240 W, where general contact access is anticipated. PV modules qualified for safety through this part of IEC 61730 and IEC 61730-2 and within this application class are considered to meet the requirements for safety class II.
• The PV modules shall be properly grounded in accordance with the instruc- tions in this Guide or the requirements of the National Electrical Code.
• Installing PV modules requires specialized skills and knowledge. Installation should only be performed by qualified personnel, electrical connections
law (i.e. the NEC for the USA and CEC for Canada).
• Installers should assume all risks of injury that might occur during installation, including, but not limited to, the risk of electric shock.
• One single PV module may generate more than 30V DC when exposed to direct sunlight. Access to a DC voltage of 30V or more is potentially hazardous.
• PV modules convert light energy to DC electrical energy, which are designed for outdoor use. PV modules can be mounted onto ground, rooftop, vehicles or boats etc. The proper design of support structures lies within responsibility of the system designers and installers.
• Do not use mirrors or other magnifiers to concentrate sunlight onto the PV modules.
• When installing the PV modules, abide to all local, regional and national stat- utory regulations. Obtain a building permit if necessary.
• Only use equipment, connectors, wiring and support frames compatible with the PV modules.
• Do not clean the modules with chemicals.
• Do not lift the PV module by grasping the module’s junction box or electrical leads.
• Do not stand or step on the PV modules or place heavy objects onto it.
• Do not drop the PV module or allow objects to fall on the PV module.
• Do handle with care when move, transport and install the PV modules.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the PV modules, and do not remove any attached nameplates or components from the PV modules.
• Do not apply paint or adhesive to the PV module top surface.
• Do not scratch or hit the back sheet.

• Do not drill holes in the frame. This may reduce the frame mechanical strength and cause crack cells due to vibration.
• Do not break the anodized coating of the frame (except for grounding con- nection), this may cause corrosion of the frame.
• Do not use PV modules with broken glass or torn back sheet which has danger of electrical shock.
• Do not handle panels in wet condition unless has appropriate protection.
• Do not expose PV module to sunlight until installation to avoid unnecessary degradation.
•During all the transportation, please make sure there is no strenuous vibration on module. Because it may cause cell micro crack or damage the module.
• Installation shall be in conformity with IEC standard, Safety Standard for Elec- trical Installations.
• Do not disconnect under load.
• Do not touch conductive parts of PV modules, such as terminals which can result in burns, sparks and lethal shock whether or not the PV module is con- nected.
• Do not touch the PV module unnecessarily during installation.
• Do not work in the rain, snow or windy conditions.
• Do not expose the artificially sunlight to PV modules. Completely cover the PV module with an opaque material during installation to prevent electricity from being generated.
• Do not wear metallic rings, watchbands, ear, nose, lip rings or other metallic objects while installing or troubleshooting.
• Only use insulated tools that are qualified for working on electrical installa- tions.
• Follow the safety regulations for all other system components, including wires and cables, connectors, charging regulators, inverters, storage batteries, rechargeable batteries, etc.
• Under normal outdoor conditions the current and voltage generated will differ from those listed on the datasheet. When design systems, current and short-circuit current should be multiplied by a factor of 1.25 to determine com- ponents ratings.
• Only use connectors compatible with the PV module connectors. Removing the connectors without prior authorization will invalidate the warranty.
• Do not dismantle installed modules to another project, which may invalidate the warranty.
• Do not install modules within 50m of the shoreline
• The fire rating of this module is valid only this Guide is followed.
• Consult your local authority for Guidelines and requirements for building or structural fire safety.
• Do not use PV modules near equipment or in places where flammable gases may be generated.
• Follow local codes and laws when install the modules

Do not install the PV module in a location where it would be immersed in water or constantly exposed to water from a sprinkler or fountain etc.
• Module can be installed in both landscape and portrait modes 1
• It is recommended to install the same size and the same type of module in one PV array.
• The PV modules shall be installed high enough to keep it away from potential shading, flying sands, snow and water.
• It is recommended to install the PV modules 30cm away from the ground to make sure ventilation.
• Appropriate installation structures shall be chosen to meet required mechanical load.
• It is recommended to install the PV modules with minimum angle of 10 degree to make the dust easily to be washed off.
• It is recommended to keep minimum 10mm gap between PV modules for thermal expansion of materials.
• Install PV modules appropriately according to corresponding mechanical load need.
It is recommended to install PV modules where has excellent sunlight resources. In the Northern Hemisphere, the module should typically face south, and in the South- ern Hemisphere, the modules should typically face north. The most optimistic instal- lation angle varies according to different latitudes and longitudes; please consult experts with appropriate knowledge background when determining the installation locations and angles.
When choosing a site, avoid trees, buildings or obstructions, which could cast shad- ows on the solar photovoltaic modules. Shading causes hotspot and loss of output, even though the factory fitted bypass diodes of the PV module will minimize such effect.
Do not install the PV module near naked flame or flammable materials.

Each PV module has 8 mounting holes(shown as drawing1-1).The downward mechanical load resistance of module would be different according to the installation holes used(shown as table1-1)Please use 8 of them tosecure the modules to support structure. The module frame must be attached to a mount- ing rail using M8 corrosion-proof screws together with spring washers and flat washers in eight symmetrical locations on the PV module. The applied torque should be big enough to fix it steadily.The reference torque value for M8 screw is 16~20N*m.

feature and the extreme low temperature of installation location must be taken into consideration when calculate the Voc of the PV string .
The PV modules connected in parallel shall have similar Voltage. The Isc tem- perature coefficient feature and the extreme high temperature of installation location must be taken into consideration when calculate the Isc of the PV array.
Please refer to local regulations to determine the system wires size, type and temperature.
The cross-sectional area and cable connector capacity must satisfy the maxi- mum short-circuit of PV system (For a single component, we recommended the cross-sectional area of cables is 4mm2 and the the rated current of connectors is more than 15A), otherwise cables and connectors will become overheating for large current. Please pay attention: the temperature limit of cables is 85 ° C and the temperature limit of connector is 105°C
A qualified system designer or integrator should always be consulted.
Building permits, inspections and approvals by the local utility are generally required.
Before installation, make sure that the connector is well protected and there should be no foreign matter such as soil, sand and gravel in the connector. If any,
it must be cleaned before installation. If the connector is damaged or deformed,
the connector must be replaced before use; if there is no spare connector, please contact seraphim in time.

The wiring components shall be compatible with the PV modules.
The PV modules connected in serial shall have similar current. The Voc of one PV

Where common grounding hardware (nuts, bolts, star washers, spilt-ring lock washers, flat washers and the like) is used to attach a listed grounding/bonding device, the attachment must be made in conformance with the grounding device manufacturer’s instructions.
For grounding and bonding requirements, please refer to regional and national safety and electricity standards. If grounding is required, use a recommended connector type, or an equivalent, for the grounding wire.
If grounding is required, the grounding wire must be properly fastened to the module frame to assure adequate electrical connection (grounding hole shown as drawing 4).
When system operates in high humidity and high temperature circumstances, transformer-Based inverter allowing system negative grounding is highly rec- ommended to achieve mitigating risk of higher power degradation rate.

1 REMARK
Clean the glass surface of the module regularly with clean water and a soft sponge or cloth. A mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent may be used to remove stubborn dirt.Water with high mineral content is not recommended to clean the module.
Check the electrical, grounding and mechanical connections every six months to verify that they are clean, secure, undamaged and free of corrosion.
If any problem arises, consult a professional for suggestions.
Caution: observe the maintenance instructions for all components used in the system, such as support frames, charging regulators, inverters, batteries etc.

1. Limited Product Warranty – Fifteen Years
Jiangsu Seraphim Solar System Co., Ltd (SERAPHIM) warrants that for a period of fifteen years commencing on the warranty start date, its photovoltaic solar PERC and TOPCon mono modules
(MODULES),including factory-assembled DC connectors and cables, if any, to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, usage and service conditions. This “Limited MODULES Warranty” does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively
covered under clause 2 hereinafter (“Limited Peak Power Warranty”). The Limited MODULES Warranty period starts from the 180th day of the manufacturing date, or from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
2. 1 Limited Peak Power Warranty - Twenty-Five Years
SERAPHIM warrants that for a period of twenty-five years commencing on the warranty start date, the loss of power output relating to the initial guaranteed power which is defined as Peak Power Watts Pmax (Wp) plus Peak Power Watts Pmax (Wp) multiplied by the lower limit of the Power Output Tolerance Pmax (%) as specified in the relevant MODULES Data Sheet and measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC[1] ) for the MODULES shall not exceed. The Limited Peak Power Warranty period from the 180 th day of the manufacturing date, or from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
LINEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
For PERC Monocrystalline MODULES: less than 2.0% in the first year, thereafter less than 0.55% per year, ending with no less than 84.80% in the 25th year after the Warranty Start Date.
2.2 Limited Peak Power Warranty - Thirty Years
SERAPHIM warrants that for a period of thirty years commencing on the warranty start date, the loss of power output relating to the initial guaranteed power which is defined as Peak Power Watts Pmax (Wp) plus Peak Power Watts Pmax (Wp) multiplied by the lower limit of the Power Output Tolerance Pmax (%) as specified in the relevant MODULES Data Sheet and measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC[1] ) for the MODULES shall not exceed. The Limited Peak Power Warranty period from the 180 th day of the manufacturing date, or from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
LINEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
For TOPCon Mono crystalline MODULES: less than 1.0% in the first year, thereafter less than 0.4% per year, ending with no less than 87.4% in the 30th year after the Warranty Start Date.
3. Obtaining Warranty Performance
(a) Notification
If the CUSTOMER has a justified claim covered by this “Limited Warranties for PV Modules”, an immediate notification directly to SERAPHIM shall be filed by mailing a registered letter in writing to the address of SERAPHIM listed hereunder, or, sending an email letter to the email account of XXXXXXXX listed hereunder. Together with the notification, the CUSTOMER should enclose the evidence of the claim with the corresponding serial number of the MODULE(s) and the date on which the MODULE(s) have been purchased. The return of any MODULES will not be accepted unless prior written authorization has been given by XXXXXXXX.
(b) Performance of Warranty
(1) Repair. If MODULES fail to conform to the “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty”, SERAPHIM will, at its option, repair the MODULES. The CUSTOMER may, at it’s option, appoint a qualified third-party to repair with XXXXXXXX’x written consent. The cost of such repair shall be borne by the SERAPHIM under this Warranty.
(2) Replace. If MODULES fail to conform to the “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” , SERAPHIM will, at its option, replace the MODULES. The new MODULES shall have the same specifications and output power or higher, or could satisfy the same need.
(3) Limited Refund. If the MODULES fail to comply with the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” , Seraphim will refund (at its option): (i) the fair market value at the time of claim, of the gap between actual output power and warranted output power; (ii) the remaining value of warranted output power of the remaining Warranty period. Remaining value=fair market value at the time of claim*warranted output power*remaining Warranty period/25years.
(4) Additional supply. If the MODULES fail to comply with the “Limited Peak Power Warranty”, Seraphim will additionally supply the CUSTOMER the free MODULES to make up the difference between the actual output power and the warranted output power of the defective MODULES.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
• In any event, all warranty claims must be received within the applicable warranty period for this warranty to be effective.
• The repair or replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this Warranty.
• The “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” do not apply to
any MODULES which have been subjected to:
Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident;
Alteration, improper installation or application;
Non-observance of SERAPHIM’s installation and maintenance instructions;
Repair or modifications by someone other than an approved service technician of SERAPHIM; Power failure surges, lighting, flood, fire, accidental breakage or any other Force Majeure incidents.
• Warranty claims will not be honored if the serial number of the MODULES have been altered, removed or made illegible.
• Unless otherwise agreed by both SERAPHIM and CUSTOMER in the purchase/sales contract, the performance of the Warranty shall not extend the Warranty period of the MODULES again, that is, the
Warranty period of the repaired, replaced or additional supplied MODULES shall be the remaining original Warranty period.
• Subject to authorization by Seraphim Customer Service Department, SERAPHIM will reimburse CUSTOMER for reasonable, normal, and documented shipping costs that comply with the Limited MODULES Warranty and the Limited Peak Power Warranty, Includes delivery of returned, repaired, replaced or free MODULES.However, any costs associated with MODULES’ installation, removal or reinstallation, as well as customs clearance costs and transit insurance shall not be included.
5. Limitation of Warranty Scope
These “Limited Warranties for MODULES” as set forth herein are expressly in lieu of and exclude all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose, use (usage), or application, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of SERAPHIM unless such other obligations or liabilities are expressly agreed to in writing signed and approved by SERAPHIM. SERAPHIM shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property, or for other loss or injury resulting from any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to the MODULES, including, without limitation, any defects in the MODULE, or from usage or installation. Under no circumstances shall SERAPHIM be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages, howsoever caused. Loss of usage, loss of profits, loss of production, and loss of revenues are specifically and without limitation excluded. SERAPHIM’s aggregate liability, if any, in damages or otherwise, shall not exceed the invoice value as paid by the CUSTOMER, for the single unit of MODULES.

Severability
If a part, provision or clause of this “Limited Warranty for MODULES”, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, void or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect and shall leave all other parts, provisions, clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for MODULES”, and to this end
such other parts, provisions, clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for MODULES” shall be
treated as severable.
Disputes
In case of any discrepancy in a warranty-claim, a first-class international test-institute such as Fraunhofer ISE, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD shall be involved to judge the defect(s) finally. All fees and expenses shall be borne by the responsible Party, unless otherwise determined Other dispute settlement clauses and applicable laws shall be subject to the sales/purchase contract signed by the SERAPHIM and CUSTOMER, but SERAPHIM reserves the right of final interpretation.
You may have specific legal rights outside this Warranty, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. this limited warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC directive 99/44. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this limited warranty statement may not apply to you.
Various
The repair or replacement of the MODULES or the supply of additional MODULES, does not cause the beginning of new warranty terms, nor shall the original terms of this “Limited Warranty for PV-
Modules” be extended. Any replaced MODULES shall become the property of SERAPHIM made for
their disposal. SERAPHIM has the rights to deliver another type (different in size, color, shape or power) in case SERAPHIM discontinued producing the replaced MODULES at the time of the claim.
9. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is transferable when the MODULES remains installed in its original location at the warranty registration.
10. Force Majeure
SERAPHIM shall not be responsible or liable in any way to the customer or any third-party arising from any non-performance or delay in performance of any term and condition of sale,including this “Limited Warranty for PV Modules”,due to acts GOD,war,riots.strikes,warlike conditions,plague or other epidemics,fire,flood, or any other similar causes or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SERAPHIM. In such cases, SERAPHIM’s performance of this Limited Warranty shall be suspended without liability for the period of delay reasonable attributable to such causes.
11. Validity
This “Limited Power Warranty for PV Modules” will become null and void if the MODULE is transferred from the original continent of origin (e.g. North America). All customers, direct and indirect, are hereby notified of such potential nullification.

“Peak Power at STC” is the power in Watt peak that a PV- module generates in its Maximum Power Point. “STC” are as follows:
(1) light spectrum of AM 1.5,
(2) an irradiation of 1000 W per m2
(3) a cell temperature of 25 degree centigrade at right angle irradiation. The measurements are carried out in accordance with IEC 61215 as tested at the connectors or junction box terminals – as applicable – per calibration and testing standards of SERAPHIM valid at the date of manufacture of the PV-modules.
