I enlighet med ert köp hos Sedis AB ger Cushman & Wakefield Research er en icke-exklusiv och icke-överlåtbar rätt att, under avtalstiden, använda Cushman &

Wakefields fastighetsdata för interna affärsändamål. Detta gäller enbart för följande syften och inga andra: spara och importera data till elektroniska filer för enbart egen användning; genomföra utdrag från data-sammanställningen för endast

egen användning; inkorporera delar av all data i interna research-dokument som producerats av er med distribution och användning inom enbart er organisation; e-posta, eller bifoga i e-postmeddelande, de tidigare nämnda rapporterna inom organisationen till enbart mottagare med intern mailadress; inkorporera och tillgängliggöra delar av redovisad data via företagets intranät; inkorporera mindre

utdrag av tillgänglig data (a) i anonym och aggregerad form, eller (b) tillhandahålla för nuvarande eller potentiella kunder i reklam- eller illustrationssammanhang ad hoc, dock ej regelbundet, förutsättande att åtkomst till data ej ges elektroniskt, manipuleras eller distribueras av data-mottagarna.

Ni ska säkerställa att all data-återgivning, oavsett mängd, innehåller följande hänvisning: ”Källa: Cushman & Wakefield Research”. Försäljning, överföring, under- licens, distribution eller kommersiellt nyttjande av data är ej tillåten, eller att på annat sätt tillgängliggöra för eller till förmån för tredje part; data får ej distribueras (vare sig för kommersiell eller icke-kommersiell användning) via e-post som skickas utanför er organisation, företagets extranät eller genom andra webbaserade produkter och tjänster som drivs av er eller för er.

Terms and conditions

In consideration of payments made by you to Sedis AB, we grant you for the term of the agreement a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to allow you to use the Cushman & Wakefield Property Data for your own internal business purposes in the following ways and for no other purposes whatsoever: to save and import copies of the data into electronic files for your own reference only; to

print out extracts from the data for your own reference only; to incorporate parts of the Data into internal research documents written by you for distribution and use within your organisation only; to e-mail, or to attach to an e-mail, any such reports within your organisation for reference purposes only by recipients of such e-mails; to incorporate and make insubstantial parts of the data available via any corporate intranet you may operate; to incorporate insubstantial extracts of the Data in (a) anonymous and aggregated form only, or (b) materials to be provided to actual or potential clients for promotional or illustrative purposes on an ad hoc but not regular basis provided that the data may not be accessed electronically, manipulated or distributed by the recipients of the data.

You shall ensure that any reproduction of all or part of the Data includes the following notice: “Source: Cushman & Wakefield Research”.No sale, transfer,

sub-licence, distribution or commercial exploitation of the data is permitted, nor otherwise making such data available to or for the benefit of any third party; none of the data may be distributed (whether for commercial or non-commercial use) on any email sent outside of your organisation, corporate extranet or other web-based product or Service(s) operated by or for you.
