Brief scope of services. The prospective bidder is supposed to provide day to day maintenance services to buildings including supply of materials and deployment of required manpower as specified in the bid document and also doing all such works as defined / specified / stipulated in the technical and financial bid documents and elsewhere. The deployed manpower have to perform any other additional duties assigned by the Engineer -in- charge from time to time.
