In addition to PG, Security Deposit ( SD ) equal to 2.5 % of the cost of work shall be deducted by ESIC from the running and final bills of the Contractor towards fulfillment of contractual obligation on the part of Contractor. Security Deposit will be released after completion of defect liability period of 1 year from date of completion of contract.
