Madde 40 Bu esas mukavelede mevcut olmayan hususlar hakkında Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili diğer mevzuat hükümleri uygulanır. 2 – Legal provisions: Article 40 – The provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant legislations shall apply for the matters which are not included in these articles of association.
