Authorized representatives of a legal person shall be notified to the Bank in application form before the Bank officials, or with documents prepared outside the Bank such as signature circulars. The Bank may act upon the instruction of persons in the application form as well as those in the signature circulars. Authorized representatives’ authority of disposition shall remain valid for the Bank until yönünden geçerlidir.
