Common use of The Company Credit Card User Clause in Contracts

The Company Credit Card User. (Card User) uses the Card in accordance with the rules which have been determined by the Bank and which are included in this Contract and are also announced/ declared by the Bank. The Bank may make changes in the rules/ applications related to the Company Credit Cards for any reasons such as requirements of technological changes, security, changes in economic conditions under the present conditions by giving a prior notice. In addition, the Bank may allocate a new Credit Card to replace the Credit Card given to the Credit Card Holder for the purpose of providing new features, changing or renewing the existing features and may directly send it to address of the Credit Card Holder.
