INFORMATION EXCHANGE. 19.1. The Parties shall exchange information related to the Service provision according to the procedure and terms provided for by the Code. 19.2. Any notice, request, report or other information, which shall be provided under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been provided if it is send to the addresses specified in the Agreement by prepaid registered post with confirmation receipt, delivered by courier to the authorized person of the Party or by electronic mail in cases agreed by the Parties. 19.3. Notices, requests, reports and other information sent or transferred by means indicated in paragraph 19.2 of this Section shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee on the date of their receipt. 19.4.
