Continuing Agreement, Waivers and Remedies. 16.1 Continuing agreement: This is a continuing agreement and all the rights, powers and remedies under the Agreement shall apply to all the obligations and liabilities of you to us and shall be binding on you and your respective successors and assigns notwithstanding any event affecting your capacity to be bound by the Agreement.
16.2 Exercise of rights: Our rights under the Agreement:
(a) may be exercised as often as necessary;
(b) are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under the general law and any other agreement; and
(c) may be waived only in writing and specifically. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right by us is not a waiver of that right.
