Lifts & Escalators. The indemnity provided by this Policy shall extend to cover Insured's legal liability in respect of accidental bodily injury of and/or accidental property damage to any third party in the normal operational use of the lifts, elevators, escalators, cranes, hoists or other lifting machinery at the premises specified in the Policy. It is warranted that the Insured shall see to it that regular inspection and maintenance of the lifts, elevators, escalators, cranes, hoists or other lifting machinery shall be carried out by qualified engineers.
