Partnership. 15.1 Customer in partnership: Where you consist of partners, references to you, where the context admits, includes references to persons who constitute you for the time being. 15.2 Change in partnership: If you are a partnership, the Agreement and any document executed and signed by you to us shall continue to bind the partnership notwithstanding any change in the constitution, name or membership of the partnership by occurrence of any other event which may dissolve the partnership or otherwise affect your obligations to us. 15.3 Death or retirement of partner: In the case of the death or retirement of a partner, the liability of the partner or his estate to us shall cease only with regard to transactions made with us subsequent to the actual receipt by us of written notice of the death or retirement of the partner.
