Sanctions and Export Controls. 卖方同意遵守所有适用的贸易制裁和出口控制法律和法规，包括美国财政部（the U.S. Treasury Department）下属的海外资产管理办公室（Office of Foreign Assets Control）管辖的美国贸易制裁（31 C.F.R. Part 501 et seq.）， 《美国出口管理条例》（15 C.F.R. Part 501 et seq.), the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Part 734 et seq.), and European Union trade sanctions and export laws (including without limitation Council Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009 (as amended)).
