转 让 21.. ASSIGNABILITY 本协议之条款对立约各方之继承人，承让人及遗产代理人（如适用）均具有约束力及保障其权益，惟事前未得英皇书面同意，客户不得将有关权利或义务予以出让、转让、抵押或以其他方式出售。英皇事前毋须获客户同意或批准即可将其根本协议规定之权利及义务全部或部份出让予任何人士。 The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding on and ensure to the benefit of the successors, assigns and personal representatives (where applicable) of each party hereto provided that the Client may not assign, transfer, charge or otherwise dispose of rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Emperor. Emperor may assign all or a part only of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any person without the prior consent or approval of the Client.
