关于学术交流与合作的协议

为促进校际之间的发展和友谊，华中农业大学资源与环境xx（xx，xxx）和山形大学农学院（日本，鶴岡市）在此达成如下协议：

1．此协议的主要目的是促进国际理解，深化科学研究，为双方教师和学生提供更多的教育机会。

2. 华中农业大学和山形大学将尽最大努力通过以下方面增进相互理解和友谊：

(1) 学生交换交流

(2) 教师交流、科研项目及成果发表方面加强合作

(3) 研究报告及出版方面的交流

3. 期限和有效性

(1) 此协议在两校代表签字之后的五年之内有效

(2) 协议有效期经两校同意后可以更新

4. 此协议以英文形式一式两份，两校各执一份，且具有同等有效性。

关于学生交流的协议

1．两校均同意接收经过双向选择的本科生和研究生，交流的学生需具有专门的研究领域，且需与客校学生一样遵守相应的规章制度。

2．客校需向主校提供每个交换生在客校学习期间的成绩报告，交换生在客校学习期间按照“亚太地区学生流动计划”（UMAP）获取学分，客校不给交换生授予学位。

3. 选择在客校实验室从事科研的交换生须掌握必备的实验室技能。客校需免除交换生的入学考试费、录取费和学费。

4. 交换生将以在华中农业大学资源环境学院和山形大学农学院从事专门研究的学生身份被接收。

5. 在项目初期，每年从主校到客校交流的学生数量为 2－3 人。通过此协议交流的学生在客校学习时间为两个月至一年。

6. 交换生须具有一定的客校官方语言或英语方面的交流能力。

7. 交换生全部的申请表格须在客校规定的截止日期之前送达客校，客校设定的截止日期一般是交换生在客校开始学习前三个月左右。

8. 每个客校将为交换生提供最好的住宿条件、可能的助学金以及力所能及的帮助。

AGREEMENT FOR STUDENT EXCHANGE BETWEEN

COLLEGE OF RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, HUAZHONG AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY AND FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, YAMAGATA UNIVERSITY

1. Each university agrees to accept mutually chosen undergraduate students, who have the special field, and graduate students for exchange. These students will be subject to the same rules as other students at the host university.

2. The host university shall send the home university an academic transcript for each exchanged student and credit(s) will be given according to UMAP. However, students do not obtain a degree from the host university.

3. Exchanged student who chooses to enroll in laboratory at the host university must hold the prerequisite skills for laboratory. Host university shall exempt the exchanged students from paying entrance examination, admission and tuition fees.

4. Exchange students will be accepted with status of Special Research Student at Faculty of Agriculture, Yamagata University and at College of Resources and Environment, Huazhong Agricultural University.

5. The initial number of participants shall be 2 to 3 students from each university per year. The period of study under this agreement will be more than two months and maximum one academic year.

6. The exchanged students are expected to have some language skills in the primary language of the host university or in English.

7. The complete application form for the exchanged student must reach the host university by a date specified by the host, which will be approximately three months before the beginning of the anticipated period of stay.

8. Each host university will use its best provided lodging for the exchanged students, and may provide grants and assistance to the exchanged students.

AGREEMENT FOR ACADEMIC EXCHANGE AND COOPERATION BETWEEN

COLLEGE OF RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, HUAZHONG AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY AND FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, YAMAGATA UNIVERSITY

College of Resources and Environment, Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China and Faculty of Agriculture, Yamagata University, Tsuruoka, Japan hereby conclude this agreement to promote the development and friendship between the two universities as follows:

1. The general purposes of this agreement are to promote international understanding, to further scientific research, and to enhance educational opportunities for the college-faculty members and the students.

2. Huazhong Agricultural University and Yamagata University will use their best efforts to promote mutual understanding and friendship between the two universities through:

(1) Exchange of students

(2) Exchange of faculty members and promotion of joint research project(s) and its publication

(3) Exchange of research reports and publications.

3. Term and Validity

(1) This agreement will be effective for a period of five (5) years from the date of signature by the representatives of both universities.

(2) The period of its validity may be renewed by mutual consent of both universities.

4. Two copies of this agreement have been made in English for each university, and each copy has equal validity.
