学術交流協定に基づく部局間協定校及び GE3 加盟校への派遣交換留学生募集要項

（2019 年度一次募集）

Ⅰ．概要

本募集における派遣交換留学とは、本学工学部・工学研究科と部局間学術交流協定を結ぶ海外の大学（部局間協定校）及び本学と大学間学術交流協定を結ぶ国際教育協会（IIE）の Global Engineering Education Exchange 加盟校（GE3 加盟校）へ、通常1 学期～1 年間留学する制度です。本募集における部局間協定校への留学は本学工学部・工学研究科のxx生のみ、GE3 加盟校への留学は本学の全てのxx生を対象としています。部局間協定校及び GE3 加盟校では現地学生とともに科目履修または研究等を行い、単位取得も可能です。留学先で取得した単位の本学における認定については、各専攻・学科において取り扱いが異なりますので、事前に必ず所属専攻・学科教務委員教員と相談してください。留学中の授業料は本学に納め、本募集の対象校に納める必要はありません。

１．留学先大学

工学部・工学研究科の学生は部局間協定校 73 機関及び GE3 加盟校 73 大学から選ぶことができます。他の学部・研究科に所属する学生は、本募集においてはGE3 加盟校のみ選ぶことができます。

※ 一覧に掲載の情報は、各大学の事情で更新・変更される可能性があります。各自協定校 HP 上で最新の情報を得てください。

※ 大学によっては、年度により本学からの交換留学生を受け付けない場合があります。そのため、候補者調書に記載した留学希望大学等が、2019 年度（2019/2020 年度）に本学から交換留学生を受け付けない大

学である場合は、選考時に他の留学希望大学等の希望順位を繰り上げることがあります。

※ 工学部・工学研究科以外の学部・研究科に所属する学生は、本募集では GE3 加盟校のみ希望できます。所属する学部・研究科と部局間学術交流協定を結ぶ海外の大学等への留学を希望する場合は、所属する学部・研究科の担当係にお問合せください。

２．留学期間

2019 年夏・秋期（通常 7 月～10 月）から 1 学期ないし 2 学期

Ⅱ．応募条件

１．応募資格

応募資格者は、次の全てを満たすものとします。

(1) 本学のxx学部学生又は大学院生で、学業、人物ともに優秀な者

(2) 留学希望大学等において、専門分野に関する教育を受け、また、その他の活動等を行うための十分な語学能力がある者

２．語学要件

留学希望大学等において、指導言語及び交換留学生（外国人留学生）に対して語学要件（最低基準）を設定しているかによります。各自留学希望大学ホームページ等で確認のうえ、下表により判断してください。

(ア) 定めている

(イ) 定めていない

学内応募書類提出時までに当該語学要件を満たしており、尚且つ留学希望先大学申請時までにスコアシートやレター等、当該大学が定める証明書を提出できること。

原則、次のいずれかのスコアを取得していること。

・ TOEFL iBT 61 (ITP 500)以上

・ IELTS 5.5 以上

・ TOEIC 600 以上

・上記と同等以上の英語以外の語学能力試験スコア

ただし、上記スコアを満たしていない場合でも申請を認める。

３．その他の条件

(1) 留学期間中に本学における在籍身分が「休学」とならないこと。

(2) 授業履修などのやむを得ない場合を除き、次の全てに参加すること。

・留学前オリエンテーション（全 3 回）

・工学研究科国際交流室主催「English Communication」クラス（4 月～7 月）

・帰国後報告会

(3) 留学期間終了後、本学に戻り学業を継続すること。

(4) 本学が定める基準を満たす海外旅行保険に加入すること。【Ⅴ．留学経費等(4)海外旅行保険参照】。

▪ 提出書類は全て A4 判に統一すること。

▪ 作成すべき当事者本人が作成したものでないことが判明した場合は不合格とする。

※ 各教務担当係から工学研究科国際交流室に提出される期限は 2019 年 1 月 9 日（水）です。それ以前に各研究科・学部担当係、専攻・学科教務係において提出期限が定められます。

Ⅳ．選考・結果通知

(1) 一次選考︓ 書類選考

大学入学以降の学業成績、語学力、留学志望動機、留学計画を総合的に評価します。

(2) 二次選考︓ 面接選考

留学の動機、異文化適応能力、語学力等を総合的に評価します。

一次選考後、二次選考の日時について工学研究科国際交流室から全ての申請者に連絡します。

(3) 学内選考の結果通知

2019 年 2 月上旬（予定）に、工学部教務課から所属研究科・学部担当係もしくは専攻・学科教務係を通じてお知らせします。

Ⅴ．留学経費等

(1) 経費負担

留学に要する全ての経費（海外旅行保険代、往復渡航費、住居費等）は、留学生本人の自己負担とします。

(2) 授業料

学術交流協定の授業料不徴収条項に基づき、留学先大学からは授業料を徴収されません。本学の授業料は納付する必要がありますのでご留意ください。

(3) 奨学金

交換留学に際し申請可能な奨学金については、下記「申請可能な奨学金」を参照してください。

(4) 海外旅行保険

交換留学生として派遣することが決定した場合は、留学中の万一の事故・病気・ケガ等に対応するために、必ず以下 2 点の双方を含める海外旅行保険に加入する必要があります。

① 「治療・救援費用」が 3,000 万円以上であること

② 出発日から帰国日までを保険期間に含むこと

この要件を満たす保険として「学生教育研究災害傷害保険付帯海外留学保険」（「付帯xx」）があり、交換留学による派遣留学生は原則として付帯xxに加入することとします。また、留学期間中、留学先大学が加入を求める保険がある場合、付帯xxと併せて加入する必要があります。なお、保険料は留学生本人の自己負担とします。

(1) 留学アドバイジング

応募に際し、工学研究科国際交流室が実施している「留学アドバイジング」を活用してください。

(2) 留学希望大学の選択

⚫ 「派遣交換留学生候補者調書」【応募書類①】には、留学希望大学を第三希望まで記入してください。

⚫ 第一から第三希望まで、いずれも応募時に所定の語学条件を満たしている必要があります。

⚫ 第一から第三希望の全てについて、HP 等で履修可能な学部・研究科や専攻、開講授業（非英語圏の留学希望大学で英語での科目履修を希望する場合、英語により十分な数の授業科目が開講されているかの確認を含む）、出願要件等を十分に調べた上で、できる限り志望動機に沿う大学を選択してください。

⚫ 学内選考では原則、留学希望大学として記入のあった大学に対してのみ審査を行います。希望上位の大学から順に審査を行い、そのうちのいずれかについて「合格」の結果となった場合は、その一校のみに対して申請を行います。

(3) 合格の取り消し

本学の学内選考に合格しても、次の場合は派遣できません。

① 留学希望大学等の入学許可が得られなかったとき

② 留学開始時期（留学先大学により異なる）に応募資格を満たしていないとき

③ 健康を害したとき

➃ 留学希望大学等の募集人員が減ったとき

⑤ 派遣交換留学誓約書【応募書類⑤】に記載された事項を守れないとき

⑥ その他、留学が適当でないと認めるとき

(4) 留学希望大学等における受入れ可否及び所属学部や研究科等の決定

原則として本学の指導及び本人の希望により申請を行いますが、留学希望大学等の事情によって、必ずしも希望どおりに実現するとは限りません。留学希望大学からの入学許可をもって、派遣留学生としての身分が決定します。

(5) 入学手続き及び渡航手続き等

本人の責任により行い、これらに要する費用は本人の負担となります。

(6) イギリスの大学への留学

イギリスの大学に留学する場合、ビザの申請にIELTS スコアが必要となります。その際、TOEFL は使用できませんのでご注意ください。

(7) アメリカ合衆国への留学

大学院生で、アメリカ合衆国の大学の大学院課程に入学を希望する学生は、GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) の受験が必要となる場合があります。

(8) 留学先大学又は国・地域における保険加入

留学先大学又は国・地域によっては、現地の保険への加入を義務付けている場合があります。その場合は、原則、前項「V. 留学経費等（4）海外旅行保険料」に記載の海外旅行保険と併せて加入する必要があります。

海外旅行保険の加入は義務であり、海外旅行保険に加入しない場合については、派遣を取り消すことがあります。

(9) 不測の事態等による派遣の中止・中断

交換留学への参加を辞退する場合、「Ⅵ．その他（3）合格の取り消し」に該当する場合、またはテロ・自然災害等不測の事態が発生し大学の判断で派遣を中止・中断する場合は、理由を問わず、派遣前・後に発生した一切の費用（キャンセル料や、中断の場合の帰国旅費を含む）は参加学生個人が負担することとし、大学には請求できません。
