AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN OSAKA UNIVERSITY OF COMMERCE
AND
NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KAOHSIUNG
Osaka University of Commerce and National University of Kaohsiung agree on the following program in order to foster the exchange and cooperation in education, research and other related fields.
1. Based on the principles of respect for each other’s independence and of mutual benefit, the two universities will work towards carrying out the following activities:
(1) Exchange of students
(2) Exchange of faculty members and staff
(3) Exchange of scientific materials, publications and information
(4) Joint research and research meetings
(5) Activities in areas of mutual interest
2. In order to carry out the above-mentioned activities, detailed work plans are to be developed after consultation between the two universities.
3. This agreement is valid for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of signing and will be automatically extended each year if no party raises objections, in writing, 3 months before the end of the term.
4. Revisions to this agreement may be made upon the mutual consent of the two universities.
5. Each party will keep a copy of this agreement.

大阪商業大學簡介
History
The origin was founded in 1928 as Osaka Joto School of Commerce (大阪城東商業学校) by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (xxx, 1894-1974). This was a five-year school for boys (for ages 12-17 or above). In 1934 the school was hit by Typhoon Muroto, and the school building was rebuilt with reinforced concrete in 1935 (Tanioka Memorial Hall today). In 1944, during World War II, the school was forcedly reorganized into Fusé Technical School (布施工業学校), which was restored to a commercial school after the war.
In September 1947, the school was merged with Katano Women's College (交野女子専門学校) to constitute Joto Vocational College (城東専門学校, a three-year college for ages 17-20 or above). The former commercial school was reorganized into a high school in 1948 under Japan's new educational systems (Osaka University of Commerce High School today).
In 1949 Joto Vocational College was developed into Joto Vocational University (大阪城東大学 Ōsaka jōtō daigaku?. JVU had one faculty: Faculty of Economics. The university was renamed Osaka University of Commerce in 1952, and its faculty too was renamed Faculty of Commerce and Economics.
In 1997 OUC established Graduate School (Regional Policy Studies, a master's degree course).
In 1999 Graduate School added a doctoral degree course.
In 2000 Faculty of Commerce and Economics was reorganized into two faculties: Economics and Business Administration.

決 議:
國立高雄大學國防大學為促進兩校之學術交流,並謀求雙方教學研究之合作,特簽訂本教育暨學術策略聯盟合作協議書,條款如下:
一、 雙方秉持xxxx精神進行下列合作事項: (一) 教師及研究人員之交流合作

期,均自動延長 5 年。

第一條 (宗旨)
國立高雄大學與xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx產業發展,有效運用雙方人力、場地及學術資源,共同推動社會大眾認識農場生態及終身學習課程,並提升教育研究水準,特議定本協議書,以為雙方合作之依據。
第二條 (合作範圍)
一、 學術研究合作與交流。
二、 專業科技知識之諮詢、研究與訓練。三、 相關教學及產業資源合作與交流。
四、 共同指導學生、學生實習及推動人才培訓。五、 開設教育訓練與就業學程課程。
六、 舉辦學術研討會、實務座談會或就業博覽會等。
七、 雙方同意提供實務經驗專業人員擔任相關課程之師資。八、 社會大眾農場教育課程及活動之規劃與辦理。
九、 其他雙方視共同需要之項目。
第三條 (作業方式)
一、 甲乙雙方得共同向有關單位合提專題研究計畫。
二、 甲乙雙方本著平等互利、優勢互補、共同發展的原則,聯合開展研究,建立長期合作關係。
三、 甲乙雙方提供資源共享,如雙方學術出版品互相交流。 四、 甲乙雙方舉辦研討會、展覽或教育訓練活動時場地及設備
得相互支援。
五、 甲乙雙方得運用雙方之宣傳資源相互推廣雙方之活動訊息。
六、 甲乙雙方員工生教育訓練時得相互提供專業人員予以協助。
七、 甲乙雙方之其他工作與業務得於需要時相互支援。
第四條 (合約期間)
本協議書經雙方同意後,自簽章用印起生效,有效期限四年,經雙方同意得於期滿前辦理續約。
第五條 x協議書如有未盡事宜,得由雙方同意後,以協議書或契約方式,將有關細節訂定於附則。
