論文名稱： （以下稱「本論文」）

(“ARTICLE”)
一、若本論文經 社團法人中華民國危機管理學會 接受刊登，作者同意非專屬授權予出版單位做下述利用：
1. 以紙本或是數位方式刊登於本學會之出版品；
2. 進行數位化典藏、重製、透過網路公開傳輸、授權用戶下載、列印、瀏覽等資料庫銷售或提供全球（□不包含中國大陸地區）服務之行為（上述選項若未勾選，則視為同意全球服務之行為）；
3. 再授權與本會簽約之資料庫業者將本論文納入資料庫中提供服務；
4. 為符合各資料庫之系統需求，並得進行格式之變更。
1. If the ARTICLE being accepted by the Crisis Management Society of Taiwan, ROC, hereinafter referred to as the PUBLISHER, the Author hereby grants a non-exclusive license to the PUBLISHER to:
A. publish the ARTICLE by paper or digital format;
B. digital archive, reproduce, transmit publicly by Internet, or authorize users to download, print, browse, or conduct other sales or service providing of database globally (□excluding the greater area of Mainland China). (We regard you agree global database service if you do not choose this option).
C. grant database providers a sublicense to collect the ARTICLE, for the purpose of service providing, in its database.
D. change the format of the ARTICLE to meet the system requirement of each database.
二、作者同意出版單位得依其決定，以有償或無償之方式再授權與本會簽約之資料庫業者。除無償合作之狀況外，出版單位應以本同意書所載任一連絡方式通知作者其再授權之狀況。
2. The Author agrees that the PUBLISHER may in its sole discretion grant other database providers a sublicense whether or not the license fee is charged. Except the circumstances of free of charge, the PUBLISHER shall notify the Author the terms and conditions of such sublicense by any one of the connection methods as listed in the end of this Agreement.
三、作者保證本論文為其所自行創作，有權為本同意書之各項授權。且授權著作未侵害任何第三人之智慧財產權。本同意書為非專屬授權，作者簽約對授權著作仍擁有著作權。
3. The Author warrants that the ARTICLE is his/her original work, and has the right to grant all kinds of license hereinabove without any infringement of rights of any third party. This Agreement is a non-exclusive license, and the copyright of the ARTICLE still remains with the Author after executing this Agreement.
