工事名 神戸港航路附帯施設地盤改良工事

工事内容 本工事は、神戸港航路浚渫に必要な附帯施設として海上地盤改良工を施工するものである。
工期 契約締結の日から平成32年３月30日まで
使用する主要な資機材 サンドコンパクション船、スパット台船、起重機船
本工事は、建設工事に係る資材の再資源化等に関する法律（平成12年５月31日法律第 104号）に基づき、分別解体等及び特定建設資材廃棄物の再資源化の実施が義務付けられた工事である。
本工事は、入札時に施工計画等の提案を受け付け、価格以外の要素と価格を総合的に評価して落札者を決定する総合評価落札方式
（技術提案評価型（Ｓ型））の適用工事である。また、品質確保のための体制その他の施工体制の確保状況を確認し、施工内容を確実に実現できるかどうかについて審査し、評価を行う施工体制確認型総合評価落札方式の試行工事である。
本工事は、契約締結後に施工方法等の提案を受け付ける契約後ＶＥ方式の試行工事である。ただし、総合評価落札方式の提案範囲を除く。
本工事は、競争参加資格確認申請書（以下
「申請書」という。）及び競争参加資格確認資料（以下「資料」という。）の提出、入札等を電子入札システムで行う対象工事である。なお、電子入札システムによりがたいものは、発注者の承諾を得て紙入札方式に代えるものとする。
Nl 本工事は、競争参加資格を有すると認められた者に対し、見積参考資料を開示する試行工事である。
N2 本工事は、契約締結後、総価契約の内訳として、単価等について合意を行う「総価契約単価合意方式」の対象工事である。なお、本方式の実施にあたっては、単価等を個別に合意する方式を基本とするが、受注者の希望により、単価を一括的に合意する方式も可能とする。
N3 本工事は、若手のxx（監理）技術者を定期的に指導する経験豊富な技術者（技術指導者）を配置できる「若手技術者登用促進型」の試行工事である。なお、技術指導者の配置については、参加表明書の提出者が選択できるものとする。若手xx（監理）技術者は、平成30年４月１日時点で満40歳未満の者とする。
