Copyright Licensing Agreement
本人 為 （請填寫篇名，下稱系爭著作）之著作人（或共同著作人），享有著作財產權（或全體著作財產權人同意授權本人行使著作財產權），謹此同意授權國立臺北藝術大學於「文資學報」第 期刊載系爭著作。本人同意約定如下：
第一條：
本人同意於系爭著作通過審查後刊登於「文資學報」，並無償授權國立臺北藝術大學及其合作之單位、資料庫業者以期刊、論文集、光碟、數位典藏及上載網路等各種方法、形式，不限地域、時間、次數及內容利用本著作重刊、編輯、出版之權利，且得將本著作建置於網路上，提供讀者、研究者基於個人非營利性質之檢索、瀏覽、下載及列印。
第二條：
本人於本授權同意書之授權為非專屬授權。第三條：
本人聲明及保證系爭著作絕未侵害第三者之智慧財產權，如有侵害，願負一切損害賠償責任。
第四條：
本授權同意書以中華民國法律為準據法，本人與國立臺北藝術大學雙方如有爭執均應誠信原則解釋並解決之，如有涉訟者，悉以台灣台北地方法院為管轄法院。
第五條：
本授權同意書以中、英文作成。若有爭議，以中文本為準。簽約當事人各執正本一份，均自本人與國立臺北藝術大學雙方完成簽署之日起生效。

Copyright Licensing Agreement
I, , am the author (or one of the joint authors) of the Article
(“ARTICLE”) and own the copyrights (or was entitled by all joint copyright holders to exercise the copyrights) of the ARTICLE, hereby authorize Taipei National University of the Arts to publish the ARTICLE in the Journal of Culture Resources Vol. No.
I HEREBY AGREE as follows:
Article 1：
I authorize herewith Taipei National University of the Arts to publish the ARTICLE in Journal of Culture Resources after verification and I grant Taipei National University of the Arts or the collaborator of Taipei National University of the Arts and database providers a sublicense free of charge and without limitation to publish, edit and republish by journal, proceedings, CD-ROM, digital archive, transmit publicly and any method of exploitation by Internet, or authorize non-profit users to search, browse, download, print in any territory, term, the number of times, and content.
Article 2：
The licensing of MINE in this Agreement shall be a non-exclusive licensing. Article 3：
I hereby declare and warrant that the ARTICLE does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any third party, and will bear all the liability and compensation if any infringement happens.
Article 4：
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the R.O.C. Any dispute arising from or in relation to this Agreement shall be settled by both parties by honest and faith. The parties hereto agree to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court for the related disputes arising hereunder.
Article 5：
This Agreement shall be executed in Chinese and English. In the case where there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. Both parties obtain an original copy which will be effective upon signature by the both parties.
