以上论文的作者（著作权人）同意将上述论文在期刊发表，自愿将该论文的部分著作权在被期刊接收发表后转让给期刊编辑部，并就有关问题明确如下：
1. 论文作者保证该论文为原创作品并且不涉及涉密和一稿多投问题，若发生侵权或泄密问题，一切责任由论文作者承担。
2. 全体作者同意，上述提交期刊发表的论文一经录用，作者即将论文整体以及附属于作品的图、表、摘要或其他可以从论文中提取部分的全部复制传播的权利——包括但不限于复制权、发行权、信息网络传播权、表演权、翻译权、汇编权、改编权等权利转让给期刊编辑部。
3. 论文作者保证该论文的署名无争议。若发生署名争议，责任由论文作者承担。
4. 本刊使用知识共享许可协议 (Creative Commons)，允许第三方用户按照署名 (BY)-非商业性使用 (NC)-禁止演绎 (ND) (简称 CC BY-NC-ND) 的方式，在任何媒介以任何形式复制、传播本作品。只要遵守许可协议条款，许可人就无法收回这些权利。需要遵守的条件如下：使用者必须给出适当的署名，提供指向本许可协议的链接，同时标明是否对原始作品作了修改。可以用任何合理的方式来署名，但是不得以任何方式暗示许可人为其使用背书。不得将本作品用于商业目的。如果将作品再混合、转换，或者基于该作品创作，则不可以分发修改作品。有关知识共享许可协议详情请访问： xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xx-xx-xx/0.0/
5. 作者有权按照 CC BY-NC-ND 协议分享、使用他们的文章。作者本人可以在其后继的作品中引用或翻译该论文中部分内容，或将其汇编在其非期刊类的文集中。
6. 本协议自全体作者签字之日起生效。签字后作者将协议纸质版邮寄至本刊或通过投稿系统上传协议电子版，认可协议电子版与纸质版具有同等法律效力。若所投论文最终未被录用的，则本协议自动失效。

The authors (copyright owners) agree that the article indicated above will be published on the journal, and to transfer the copyright to the editorial office of the journal after the article is accepted. The relevant issues are as follows:
1. The authors guarantee that the article is an original work and does not involve confidentiality and multiple submissions. In case of infringement or disclosure, all responsibilities shall be borne by the authors.
2. The authors agree that once the submitted article is accepted, the copyright of the article and the figures, tables, abstract or extracts will be transferred to the journal, including but not limited to the right of reproduction, issuing, online distribution, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation, etc.
3. The authors should guarantee that there is no dispute about the authorship and author ranking. In case of any dispute, the responsibility shall be borne by the authors.
4. Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by the journal is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the license terms below are followed: Reusers must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Reusers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. Reusers may not use the material for commercial purposes. If reusers remix, transform, or build upon the material, they may not distribute the modified material. 5. The authors have right to spread or make use of the article under the Creative Commons Attribution – NonCommercial - NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) International License. The authors can quote or translate the content of the article in their subsequent works, or compile it into other collections.
6. The agreement will come into effect from the date of signing. After signing, authors should post the hard copy of the agreement to the editorial office, or upload the electronic copy through online submission system. Both the hardcopy and the electronic copy have the same legal effect. If the manuscript is rejected, this agreement will automatically expire.
