「DBS Omni 迎新及八達通自動增值服務」推廣條款及細則:
1. 「DBS Omni 迎新及八達通自動增值服務」推廣(「本推廣」)只供獲星展銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)邀請的 DBS 信用卡、DBS 聯營卡及 DBS COMPASS VISA(不包括商務卡及貴賓卡)(「適用信用卡」)的主要持卡人(「特選客戶」)參與。
2. 本推廣的推廣期由 2018 年 8 月 7 日至 2018 年 8 月 31 日(首尾兩天包括在內)(「推廣期」)。
3. 首 5,000 位特選客戶於推廣期內完成下述所有事項,可獲 HK$50「一扣即享」金額(「迎新獎賞」):
(a) 下載 DBS Omni 手機應用程式(「DBS Omni」)並登記 DBS Omni 帳戶;
(b) 開啟 DBS Omni 的「一扣即享」通知。
(c) 以適用信用卡進行一項達 HK$50 或以上的零售簽賬(「合資格交易」,定義見下述第 5 條條文)。
4. 首 5,000 位特選客戶於推廣期內完成下述所有事項,可額外獲 HK$50「一扣即享」金額(「八達通自動增值獎賞」):
(a) 經 DBS Omni 成功設立八達通自動增值服務;及
(b) 自 動 增 值 一 次 。
5. 除特別註明外,合資格交易乃指於商戶購物消費並已誌賬的簽賬,簽賬金額必須為 HK$50 或以上。為免產生疑問,以下的交易不被視為合資格交易:電子錢包(包括但不限於 PayMe / WeChat pay / Alipay)有關交易、現金透支、繳費賬項、八達通增值、已被取消、正在進行索 償、退貨及退款等簽賬或本行不時決定的其他類別的簽賬。
6. 迎新獎賞及/或八達通自動增值獎賞(「獎賞」)將在第 3 條及/或第 4 條條文所述的所有條件完成後,並於合資格交易及/或八達通自動增值交易顯示於 DBS Omni 的 Timeline 時,經 DBS Omni 的推送通知贈予合資格的特選客戶。合資格的特選客戶可使用獲贈的獎賞經 DBS Omni 的「一扣即享」功能扣減合資格交易及/或八達通自動增值交易的應付金額。
7. 每位特選客戶於本推廣最多可獲迎新獎賞及八達通自動增值獎賞各 1 次,合共高達
HK$100。
8. 獎賞必須於 2018 年 9 月 14 日或以前使用,未使用的獎賞會作廢。本行恕不作出任何特別處理及任何形式的補償。
9. 就 DBS 信用卡及 DBS 聯營卡而言,由於只有選擇 DBS$自選換領計劃的主要持卡人才能使用 DBS Omni 的「一扣即享」功能,倘若特選客戶於推廣期內將其簽賬獎賞更改為 DBS$現金回贈計劃而導致其未能獲得獎賞,本行恕不作出任何特別處理及任何形式的補償。
10. 獎賞只適用於推廣期內及發放獎賞當時,適用信用卡戶口仍然有效、無欠繳及信用狀況良好
(由本行全權酌情決定)的特選客戶。若特選客戶的適用信用卡戶口狀況欠佳,本行保留權利取消發放獎賞予有關的特選客戶。
11. 本行有絕對酌情權根據本行紀錄有關交易(包括時間及日期)的細節以決定其有效性及/或特選客戶獲得獎賞的資格。如特選客戶有關交易的紀錄與本行紀錄不符,本行的紀錄將具決定性並對特選客戶具有約束力。
12. 特選客戶不得濫用本推廣或違反本推廣的規定,否則本行將在不作通知下從特選客戶的適用信用卡戶口扣除獎賞的價值及/或採取行動以追討有關金額。
13. 任何人士若非本條款及細則的一方,不可根據《合約(第三者權利)條例》(香港法例第 623
章)強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文。
14. 本行可以修改本條款及細則及/或更改或終止本推廣。本行的決定為最終決定。
15. 如中、英文版本有不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。
“DBS Omni New Account & Octopus Card AAVS ” Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. “DBS Omni New Account & Octopus Card AAVS” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) who are invited by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Selected Customers”).
2. The Promotion runs from 7 August 2018 to 31 August 2018, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. The first 5,000 Selected Customers who fulfill all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period are entitled to HK$50 “InstaRedeem” (“Welcome Reward”):
(a) Download DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”) and register for a DBS Omni account;
(b) Enable the “InstaRedeem” push notification of DBS Omni; and
(c) Conduct a retail purchase transaction with amount of HK$50 or above (“Eligible Transaction” as defined in Clause 5 below).
4. The first 5,000 Selected Customers who fulfill all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period are entitled to an extra HK$50 “InstaRedeem” (“Octopus AAVS Reward”):
(a) Successfully set up Octopus Automatic Add-value Service (“AAVS”) for the Octopus Card via DBS Omni; and
(b) add value automatically once.
5. Unless otherwise specified, Eligible Transaction shall mean the posted retail purchases transaction at any merchants with transaction amount of HK$50 or above. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transaction: e- Wallets (including but not limited to PayMe / WeChat pay / Alipay) related transaction, cash advances, bill payment, Octopus automatic recharge, cancelled transaction, any transactions that have been subject to charge-back, return of goods and refund or any other categories of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time.
6. Welcome Reward and/or Octopus AAVS Reward (“Reward”) will be issued to eligible Selected Customer after all conditions set out in Clause 3 and/or Clause 4 above are fulfilled and the Eligible Transaction and/or AAVS transaction is displayed on the Timeline of DBS Omni via DBS Omni push notification. Eligible Selected Customers can use the Reward to offset the amount payable for the Eligible Transaction and/or AAVS transaction via the “InstaRedeem” function of DBS Omni.
7. Each Selected Customer can enjoy the Welcome Reward and Octopus AAVS Reward once, a total of HK$100 for the Promotion.
8. Reward must be used on or before 14 September 2018. Unused Reward will be forfeited. The Bank will not make any special arrangements and any forms of compensation.
9. For DBS Credit Cards and DBS Co-branded Cards, since only principle cardholders who choose to participate in DBS$ Redemption Scheme are able to use the “InstaRedeem” function of DBS Omni, if a Selected Customer changed his/her spending reward to DBS$ Cash Rebate Scheme during the Promotion Period and caused him/her not able to entitle to the Reward, the Bank will not make any special arrangements and any forms of compensation.
10. Reward is only applicable to Selected Customers whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Reward is issued. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify
the Selected Customer from receiving the Reward should the credit standing of the Selected Customers have changed.
11. Validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of the Selected Customer to the Reward shall be determined by the Bank at it sole discretion based on the relevant transaction details (including the time and date) in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and the Selected Customer’s record, the Bank’s record shall be final and conclusive.
12. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/noncompliance by the Selected Customers, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Reward from the Selected Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
13. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
14. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
15. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
