如果您从其他租客租赁一间房子或单元的一部分 –且其与业主签订了租赁协议 – 则其

就是您的二房东。

您必须与二房东另行签订书面协议。如不签订书面协议，您就无法作为租客享受新州租赁法的保护。

如果您是另行签订了书面协议的二房东，则意味着通过协议明确了租赁规定，与其他租客之间发行的任何纠纷均可按协议正式解决。

请注意，二房东需要其房东的书面同意才能向他人分租。房东不得无理拒绝同意。
