甲、乙双方通过友好协商达成一致，本着合法、平等、自愿的原则签订本勤工助学协议，并承诺共同遵守。
乙方目前就读于清华大学。甲方由于发展需要，计划邀请乙方以勤工助学方式参与有关业务：

五、附则

2、乙方需按照中华人民共和国相关法律法规办理校外勤工助学加注，甲方有义务配合乙方办理相关手续。如乙方不能依法获得校外勤工助学加注，则本协议作废。
3、如遇不适合继续校外勤工助学的情况及其他纠纷，由双方及时友好协商解决。如协商不成，依法向劳动仲裁机构申请仲裁。对仲裁结果不服的，可向人民法院提起诉讼。

Party B is studying in Tsinghua University. Party A and Party B agree through friendly consultation to sign this agreement on study-work in the principle of lawfulness, equality and voluntariness, and promise to abide by it together.
Party A, due to the development needs, plans to invite Party B to participate in the relevant business by way of study-work:

V. By-laws
1, Party A shall not require Party B to participate in toxic, hazardous and dangerous production operations, and shall not require Party B to engage in behavior that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the rules and regulations.
2、Party B needs to apply for off-campus study-work endorsement in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and Party A is obliged to cooperate with Party B to apply for the relevant formalities. If Party B can not get the endorsement of off-campus study-work according to the law, this agreement will be null and void.
3、If it is not suitable to continue the off-campus study-work and other disputes, both parties shall solve them by friendly consultation in time. If the negotiation fails, the two parties shall apply for arbitration to the labor arbitration institution according to the law. If you are not satisfied with the arbitration result, you can file a lawsuit to the People's Court.
VI. Entry into force of the agreement
