AGREEMENT FOR ACADEMIC EXCHANGE BETWEEN
東吳大學法學院與嶺南大學校法科大學合作交流協議
為加強東吳大學法學院與強嶺南大學校法科大學彼此之間學術交流，在雙方學術交往的基礎上，茲正式簽定法學學術合作交流協議如下：
第一條 教師學術交流
東吳大學法學院與嶺南大學校法科大學教師，在雙方協商安排下，每年在條件允許和適當的時間，邀請相互訪問講學。雙方學院對教師之間的學術交流將給予支持。
第二條 學生交流
在雙方條件成熟時，將展開學生交流。在名額較少的情況下，交流將按照博士研究生、碩士研究生、大學部學生的順序進行。本條之交流費用不包括學費、食宿及其他費用。
第三條 圖書資料交流
在雙方學院協商安排下，將交換法律圖書、專書、論文及其他資料。所交換的圖書資料將在對方的法律圖書館長期保存，並供讀者閱讀使用。
第四條 合作研究與研討會
在雙方協商安排下，雙方教師和研究生將不定期舉辦法律專題學術研討會，發表論文與合作出版著作。
第五條 協議之修改
x協議係兩院未來開啟未來的新起點，雙方得以書面方式，就本協議之內容為適當之修訂。
第六條 協議之終止：
本協議在未經終止前，均屬有效。雙方均得終止本協議。

YONGNAM UNIVERSITY OF KOREA SCHOOL OF LAW
WE, representing the Soochow University, School of Law, and the YongNam University of Korea, School of Law, wishing to enhance the academic exchange, agree to the terms described below:
1. Faculty Exchange: Under this mutual agreement, law faculty members in both law schools agree to have visit teachings and other academic exchange under appropriate arrangement and accommodation to provide mutual support in said program to both Universities.
2. Student Exchange: As certain mutual agreement has been reached, students exchange activity may commence. Due to the limited opportunities, the preferable exchange priority will be students of doctorial program, students of master program and undergraduate students. This agreement does not pertain to any non-specified items, such as living expenses, tuition, or other such matters.
3. Legal material Exchange: Under this mutual agreement, both law schools will exchange law-related books, thesis and other materials kept in long-term basis to enhance library collection and fulfill readers’ needs.
4. Academic Collaboration and Seminars: Under this agreement, both law schools may propose to hold academic seminar, promote research collaboration and co-publish articles periodically between graduated students and law faculty members.
5. Amendment: This agreement is open to revision and amendment by mutual consent in writing of the representatives of the respective law schools. It is understood that this agreement is a new endeavor between the two law schools.
6. Term and Termination: This agreement shall be in effect until cancelled by either party.
The parties hereto cause this Agreement to be executed by their signatures on this day of June 2007.
