《雕塑研究》學術半年刊著作權同意暨聲明書
一、本人 茲書立本同意書，表明本人同意財團法人xxxx基金會（以下稱貴會）將本人發表於《雕塑研究》學術半年刊第 期之專文
（以下稱本專文），依據館方政策需要，使用於貴會各類紙本或數位出版品，包括但不限於各種刊物、文宣、展覽說明等。貴會並得以各種數位化或其他重製方式，透過各種公開傳輸方式（單機電腦、網際網路、無線網路等），提供以學術研究或促進文化發展為目的之各種檢索、瀏覽、下載、傳輸、列印等使用，亦同意貴會基於推藝術教育之考量，將本專文轉供經貴會自行審酌並認可之網際網路檢索系統或資料庫，納為檢索內容。
二、本人就本專文除依貴會規定方式受領稿酬外，同意就前述各種運用不再另向貴會計收報酬。
三、本人併此聲明，本人享有本專文合法、完整之著作權(或全體著作權人同意授權本人行使著作財產權)，除有權同意前述事項，且未有侵害任何第三人智慧財產權之情事，若有侵犯他人智慧財產權或任何法定權益之情形，本人應自負一切相關法律責任。

Copyright License Agreement and Declaration
To: Nonprofit Organization Juming Culture & Education Foundation
I, , the undersigned, hereby agree that
(hereinafter referred to as “ARTICLE”) published in The Sculpture Research Semiyearly Volume _ can be used by Nonprofit Organization Juming Culture & Education Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “your FOUNDATION”) for paper and digital publication of your FOUNDATION according to the policy of your FOUNDATION, including and not exclusive to journals, pamphlets, and exhibition introduction, and to grant your FOUNDATION the right to digitize or to reproduce the ARTICLE in order to transmit the ARTICLE publicly (standalone computers, Internet, wireless networks, etc) for users to search, browse, download, transmit and print in the course of academic research and cultural development promotion. In order to promote art education, I also grant the ARTICLE to be stored in digital archives or databases that have been reviewed and recognized by your FOUNDATION.
Other than the royalties I am entitled to receive according to the provisions of your FOUNDATION for the ARTICLE, I agree not to collect extra fees from your FOUNDATION for the use of the aforementioned.
I also hereby declare that I am the legal owner of the ARTICLE and I own the complete copyright (or was entitled by all joint copyright holders to exercise the copyright) of the ARTICLE. I have the right to grant the execution of the Copyright License Agreement and Declaration without the infringement of intellectual property rights of any third parties. I shall be liable for all legal responsibilities for any infringement of intellectual property rights or any violation of legal rights.
