甲、乙双方通过友好协商达成一致,本着合法、平等、自愿的原则签订本勤工助学协议,并承诺共同遵守。

四、附则
1、甲方不得要求乙方参加有毒有害和危险的生产作业、不得要求乙方从事违反中华人民共和国各项法律法规及规章制度的行为。
2、乙方需按照中华人民共和国相关法律法规办理校外勤工助学加注,甲方有义务配合乙方办理相关手续。如乙方不能依法获得校外勤工助学加注,则本协议作废。
3、如遇不适合继续校外勤工助学的情况及其他纠纷,由双方及时友好协商解决。如协商不成,依法向劳动仲裁机构申请仲裁。对仲裁结果不服的,可向人民法院提起诉讼。

Through mutual consultation and with a commitment to principles of legality, equality, and voluntariness, Party A and Party B hereby agree to enter into this study-work agreement. Both parties pledge to adhere faithfully to its terms and conditionsParty A and Party B agree through friendly consultation to sign this agreement on study-work in the principle of lawfulness, equality and voluntariness, and promise to abide by it together.
In response to its developmental requirements, Party A intends to extend an invitation to Party B to engage in relevant business activities through a structured study-work program:Party A, due to the development needs, plans to invite Party B to participate in the relevant business by way of study-work:

III. Remuneration

IV. Supplementary Provisions
Work Environment and Legal Compliance: Party A is prohibited from requiring Party B to engage in any operations that are toxic, hazardous, or dangerous. Furthermore, Party A must ensure that Party B is not asked to perform any actions that contravene the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or any other applicable rules and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance and Support: Party B is required to secure an off-campus study-work endorsement in alignment with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Party A must provide necessary assistance to Party B in obtaining the required documentation and endorsements. Should Party B be unable to secure an off-campus study-work endorsement as mandated by law, this agreement shall be considered null and void.
IV. By-laws
1, Party A shall not require Party B to participate in toxic, hazardous and dangerous production operations, and shall not require Party B to engage in behavior that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the rules and regulations.
2、Party B needs to apply for off-campus study-work endorsement in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and Party A is obliged to cooperate with Party B to apply for the relevant formalities. If Party B can not get the endorsement of off-campus study-work according to the law, this agreement will be null and void.
Resolution of Disputes and Legal Recourse: In the event that continuation of the off-campus study-work arrangement becomes untenable, or other disputes arise, both parties are encouraged to seek resolution through amicable discussions in a timely manner. Should these negotiations not yield a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree to submit the dispute for arbitration at a recognized labor arbitration institution, in accordance with applicable laws. If either party finds the outcome of the arbitration unsatisfactory, they retain the right to escalate the matter by filing a lawsuit in the People's Court.
3、If it is not suitable to continue the off-campus study-work and other disputes, both parties shall solve them by friendly consultation in time. If the negotiation fails, the two parties shall apply for arbitration to the labor arbitration institution according to the law. If you are not satisfied with the arbitration result, you can file a lawsuit to the People's Court.
V. Commencement of the Agreement
The enforcement of this agreement shall be initiated based on:
the stipulations outlined in Article 1;
the date on which the agreement is duly signed;
the mutually agreed upon date specified within the agreement.
This agreement is set to become effective starting from:
the provisions detailed in the first article;
the date on which both parties sign the agreement;
the date mutually agreed upon as per the terms of the agreement.
V. Entry into force of the agreement
