Hansecontrol Group Greater China (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide its services to the person or organization (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall be deeded as a part of the Test Agreement, (including but not limited to Test Application Form) and Inspection Agreement (including but not limited to Inspection Application Form). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the offer, service and the derived contractual relationship between both parties shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof.

Hermes Hansecontrol Group Greater China (include Hong Kong, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide its services to the person or organization (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
