Personal Information的定义

Personal Information in respect of the Client any Controlling Person or Consenting Person:

Personal Information means any information that relates to, describes or is capable of being associated with or linked to an individual, by direct or indirect means, including without limitation classes, categories and other types of information that may identify an individual as specified by Privacy Laws, that is provided to Provider by or on behalf of Company or its Affiliates or is obtained by Provider or its Representatives in connection with Provider’s or its Representatives’ performance obligations hereunder.

Personal Information. (“PI”) means all kinds information that is recorded electronically or by other means and can be used solely or in combination with other information to identify a certain natural person or reflect the activities of a certain natural person.
