Renewal Term的定义
Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in section 2.5 hereof;
Renewal Term unless earlier terminated pursuant to section 2.5(b), upon written notice by the Beneficiary to the Trustee not earlier than 90 days prior to the end of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term, as applicable.
