Assigned Rest Days. 7.1Unless otherwise excepted herein, a work week consists of 40 hours of 5 days of 8 hours each with 2 consecutive rest days in each 7 subject to the following modifications. The work week may be staggered in accordance with the System's operational requirements. This clause shall not be construed to create a guarantee of any number of hours or days of work not elsewhere provided for in this Agreement.

On positions where it is not reasonably practicable to provide regular relief each week, one rest day, for which relief is not provided, may be accumulated and granted at a later date. Such accumulation shall not exceed five days and rest days so accumulated shall be allowed consecutively when five days have been accumulated. However, the accumulation of a greater number of rest days and their allowance at longer intervals may be arranged by mutual agreement between the officers of the System and the Chief Xxxxxxx. Positions on which rest days are to be accumulated shall be so bulletined. In the event that a situation arises which makes it impracticable to assign consecutive rest days to all employees, the following shall be followed:

  • Rest Days 6.1 Employees will be assigned two rest days in each seven-day period, subject to the following:

  • Rest Day (1) Every staff shall be entitled to 1 rest day which is without pay per week.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).

On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.

  • Contract Days Those days during a professional year on which assign- ments can be made for which a teacher is paid to work.

  • MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour.

  • Four Day Work Week 26 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 27 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 28 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.

  • Project Period The Project Period ("Project Period") is the time during which the Applicant will be conducting the Project. Unless this Investment Agreement is terminated earlier under Article 7 Termination, the Project Period commences on the Project Start Date and ends on the Project Completion Date.

  • Number of Days In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which federal banks are or may elect to be closed, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or such holiday.
