Board Policies. The Borrower shall not modify the terms of any policy or resolutions of its board of directors if such modification could reasonably be expected to have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be provided with copies of the employer’s policies, guidelines and regulations concerning pupil behavior and the duties, responsibilities and relationships of all personnel regarding enforcement. Each building shall develop a discipline policy which follows the guidelines established by the Board of Education.
