Common use of Casual Shifts Clause in Contracts

Casual Shifts. (a) Employees on layoff shall indicate in writing on a regular basis to the Employer their availability to work casual shifts.

Casual Shifts. (a) Employees on full and partial layoff shall indicate in writing submit a completed availability sheet on a regular basis to the Employer Employer, indicating their availability to work casual shifts.
