Compensated Time. All time spent by an employee in the evaluation process, including time spent on self-evaluations and performance discussions with management, will be compensated as time worked. The Employer will communicate in writing the unit processes and the maximum time allotted for facilitating completion. In the event that a nurse believes he or she needs more time than the maximum time allotment to complete the evaluation process, the nurse will make a written request to his or her supervisor before exceeding the maximum, which will not be unreasonably denied.
Compensated Time. (a) Regular AM/PM regular bus runs will be paid at 2 hours (4 hours per day if the Bus Driver completes both AM and PM bus runs) to Bus Drivers and shall be inclusive of driving time (including transfers) as well as for driver responsibility for following up on student discipline matters, consulting with supervisors, parental contacts, fueling, cleaning the bus interior/exterior, pre-trip and post-trip checks, and warming up.
Compensated Time. All bargaining members with ten (10) years or less of full-time service with the Xxxxxxx Fire Department, are eligible to carry over seventy-two (72) hours of compensatory time. Any hours in excess of seventy-two (72) that are not used by November 30th or not scheduled to be used by December 31st will be paid out according to City policy.
Compensated Time. Holidays, vacation days and other time off to which an employee is entitled as a matter of right under or by any provision of this contract, shall be considered as time worked and compensated accordingly for the purposes of seniority, health and welfare benefits, and continuity of employment.

Compensatory payment or time shall be granted as determined by the immediate supervisor. No compensated time shall be accumulated unless authorized by the employee's immediate supervisor. During the year the amount of compensatory time an employee may accumulate with supervisors prior approval shall be the limit set by the Fair Labor Standards Act (currently 240 – including hours at time and ½).
