Continuous Operation. The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

Continuous Operation. WebTrader is a technical communication system that is used by DEGIRO for communication between DEGIRO and its customers and with the many service providers such as banks, brokers and exchanges that DEGIRO needs for providing its services. DEGIRO will make an effort to have the access to its services via WebTrader and the performance of these services run as smoothly as possible. DEGIRO does not guarantee the continuous and faultless operation of WebTrader and is authorised to temporarily suspend access to or the operation of WebTrader, for instance in connection with malfunctions or repairs. It may be clear that DEGIRO will only make use of this right, where XXXXXX deems this necessary for the protection of the clients of DEGIRO, of DEGIRO and of the proper functioning of markets and prices. In the document Orders and Order Execution Policy in the Investment Services Information, Client can read how Client can provide Orders to DEGIRO during such time.
Continuous Operation. In circumstances where the loading or discharging of a deepsea vessel is a continuous operation, e.g. roll-on, roll-off or a sideport operation, any persons employed under this Agreement may be required by the Employer to perform work from the stow in the vessel through to the final place of rest on the dock premises in the case of discharge, or from place of rest on the dock premises through to the stow in the vessel in the case of loading.
Continuous Operation. The weekly hour-multiplier of an employee who is, at the time of his vacation, regularly assigned to work on a continuous operation schedule will be the greater of either (a) the number of hours per week he would have been paid, up to a maximum of 48 hours, including premium hours for Saturday and/or Sunday, had he worked forty (40) hours on his established regular schedule including Saturday and/or Sunday, on the week or weeks scheduled for vacation or (b) the hours provided by the application of Section 7(b)(iii) above.
Continuous Operation. (a) Tenant shall, at all times during the Term and at any other time that Tenant shall be in possession of the Leased Property, continuously use and operate or cause to be used and operated, the Leased Property as a TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel (or as a hotel under any successor brand name) and any uses incidental thereto in accordance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Subject to Section 16.3, Tenant shall not use the Leased Property or any portion thereof for any other use without the prior written consent of Landlord. No use shall be made or permitted to be made of the Leased Property and no acts shall be done thereon which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Leased Property or any part thereof (unless another adequate policy is available), nor shall Tenant sell or otherwise provide or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about the Leased Property any article which may be prohibited by law or by the standard form of fire insurance policies, or any other insurance policies required to be carried hereunder, or fire underwriter's regulations. Tenant shall, at its sole cost (except as expressly provided in Section 5.1.4(b)), comply with all Insurance Requirements. Tenant shall not take or omit to take any action, the taking or omission of which materially impairs the value or the usefulness of the Leased Property or any part thereof for its Permitted Use.
Continuous Operation a) The work week shall provide for continuous operations from Sunday at 12:00 a.m. through Saturday at 11:59 p.m.
