Conveyance and Transfer. 2.1 In consideration of the payment mentioned in Schedule F, the Promoter:
Conveyance and Transfer. ET agrees to convey and transfer the Property to Genesis and Genesis agrees to acquire and accept the Property from ET in accordance with the terms hereof.
