COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. 2.02.1 Contractor shall coordinate its performance with the Director and other persons that the Director designates. Contractor shall promptly inform the Director and other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. 3.2.1 Consultant shall coordinate its performance with the Director. Consultant shall promptly inform the Director and other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. Engineer shall coordinate all of its performance with the Director and such other person(s) as the Director may specify. Engineer shall keep such person(s) advised at a minimum on a biweekly basis of developments relating to the performance of this Contract, and Engineer shall at all appropriate times advise and consult with the Director.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. 3.4.1. Contractor shall coordinate its performance with the Director and other persons that the Director designates.

Broker shall keep said person(s) currently advised at a minimum on a biweekly basis of developments relating to the performance of this Agreement, and Broker shall promptly inform the Director or such other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. All legal services performed under this Agreement shall be at the direction and under the supervision of the City Attorney. The Firm shall coordinate its performance with the City Attorney and other persons that the City Attorney designates. The Firm shall promptly inform the City Attorney and other designated person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. Construction Project Manager shall coordinate all of its performance with the Director and such other person(s) as the Director may specify. Construction Project Manager shall promptly inform the Director and other person(s) of all significant events relating to its performance under this Agreement.
COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. Contractor shall coordinate its performance with the City Attorney and other persons that the City Attorney designates. Contractor shall promptly inform the City Attorney and other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
