Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. No Party shall do anything which shall have the effect of injuring the right of another Party to receive the benefits of this Agreement or do anything which would render its performance under this Agreement impossible. Each Party shall perform all acts contemplated by this Agreement to accomplish the objectives and purposes of this Agreement.
Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. Each Party shall use its best efforts and take and employ all necessary actions in good faith consistent with this Agreement to ensure that the rights secured by the other Parties through this Agreement can be enjoyed.
Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. Each Party agrees to act in good faith in dealing with one another pursuant to this Agreement. Accordingly, this Agreement imposes an obligation of good faith and fair dealing on the Parties in the performance and enforcement of their respective rights and obligations hereunder.
