Daily Hours of Work. Article 11.1 (a) and (b) encompasses all employees unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
Daily Hours of Work. (a) Seven (7) hours shall constitute an ordinary days work and thirty-five (35) hours a week prevails. Daily hours of work shall fall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday inclusive. The daily hours shall be worked within an eight-hour period.

Daily Hours of Work. The standard work day for all employees shall be hours exclusive of hour unpaid meal break, and the standard work week shall be hours. The meal period shall be an uninterrupted period except in cases of emergency.

Any provision related to the specification of the number of daily weekly hours of work that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement, will be continued as Article Rest Periods (The following clause is applicable to full- time employees only) "The Hospital will schedule one fifteen (15) minute rest period for each full scheduled half shift." Rest Periods (This clause is applicable to part-time employees only) "Part-time employees shall be entitled to a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes for each three and three-quarter (3 hours of work."
Daily Hours of Work a) Daily hours of work shall be consecutive with the exception of rest and meal periods. No split shift shall be worked except by the mutual agreement of the employee and Employer. The Employer will notify the Union of any split shifts worked.
