Call-in Allowance. The definition of “call-in” and “report to work” will include any necessary interactive communication to or from an employee on a work related emergency. Employee will be compensated at the straight time rate for all time required to respond to the emergency which gave rise to the call, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. The reason for the call along with any other documentation deemed necessary by the City will be submitted for each emergency call. This policy shall only apply to Water, Wastewater, Electric, and Equipment Maintenance Divisions.

Call-in Allowance. When a regular full-time employee is called in to work and reports for work on a day other than his regularly scheduled workday, he/she shall be provided with and assigned to at least a minimum of two (2) hours work at one and one half times his regularly hourly rate. All hours worked as a result of the call-in will be at the overtime rate until the employee’s regular shift begins.
Call-in Allowance. (1) Any employee, who has completed his shift and having clocked out, is then asked to work extra time, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate rate for such additional work, except where such work precedes and forms a continuous period with his regularly scheduled shift, in which case he shall receive overtime rate for such hours.

Call-in Allowance. 19.01 An employee who has left the Company premises and who is called back to work outside his regularly scheduled working hours, shall receive the prevailing rate for overtime for all hours worked, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his straight time rate. When this is immediately followed by the Employee's regular eight (8) hour shift, such employee shall be permitted (unless mutually agreed between the employee and the Company to the contrary) to complete his regular eight (8) hour shift for that day and if any part of the four (4) hours call-in time overlaps the regular shift hours, the overlapping time shall be considered part of his regular shift hours.
