Data Access. Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.
Data Access a. The JSC shall be provided access to and will use all methods, data, and reference materials which it determines is reasonable and necessary to affect their work. The JSC shall coordinate the timely exchange of data and reports, as well as the format, content and media of such information.
Data Access. If desired, with the Agency’s permission, the Agency can provide direct, read-only access into its system. SAO will limit access to the system to employees who need access in support of the audit(s). SAO agrees to notify the agency when access is no longer needed.

Data Access. 15.1 The Fund acknowledges that the databases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, and documentation manuals furnished to the Fund by the Transfer Agent as part of the Fund’s ability to access certain Fund related data maintained by the Transfer Agent on databases under the control and ownership of the Transfer Agent or other third party operation at the direction and under the control of Transfer Agent, but not the Fund-related data itself (“Data Access Services”), constitute copyrighted, trade secret, or other proprietary information (collectively, “Proprietary Information”) of substantial value to the Transfer Agent or other such third party. Transfer Agent agrees that the underlying data concerning any Fund, Portfolio, Class or Shareholder is not Proprietary Information. In no event shall Proprietary Information be deemed confidential information of the Fund. The Fund agrees to treat all Proprietary Information as proprietary to the Transfer Agent and further agrees that it shall not divulge any Proprietary Information to any person or organization except as may be provided hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, the Fund agrees for itself and its employees and agents to:
Data Access. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the rights to use the Hilton Data as set forth in Section 14.2(b).
Data Access. After completion of the Research, expiration of the Term of this Agreement, or termination of this Agreement, whichever shall occur first, Data User’s access to the secure data sharing platform will be terminated. In addition, if applicable, User will return to University or destroy (at University’s option), all copies of full Clinical Study Reports (“CSRs”) and supporting documentation. If University requests that User destroy the full CSRs and supporting documentation, User shall provide a certification evidencing such destruction within 30 days of the expiration date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Data User’s Publication (as defined below) is accepted for public disclosure in accordance with this Agreement, the Data User may retain rights to use the Data for verification of the Data User’s Publication and to respond to inquiries regarding the Publication for five (5) years from the acceptance of such Publication. During this period, Data User may not use the Data to conduct additional or different research without submitting a new Research Proposal and obtaining approval from Yale.
Data Access. Contractor must access the MMIS system to verify eligibility of SoonerCare members to ensure the most current and accurate information is given to SoonerCare providers who are requesting eligibility data.
Data Access. During the Subscription Term, Customer can access its Customer Data in the SAP Cloud Services at any time. With each SAP Cloud Service, SAP offers tools to enable Customer to export and retrieve the transaction level Customer Data in a standard format. Specific capabilities for data export vary by SAP Cloud Service. Export and retrieval of such Customer Data may be subject to technical limitations, in which case SAP and Customer will find a reasonable method to allow Customer access to Customer Data.
Data Access. You manage and control access to your account (through your use of Access Controls) and the use and processing of your Customer Data. Nasuni will not access Customer Data except as necessary (by authorized personnel) to identify, investigate, or resolve technical problems with the Software, to deliver Support, or to verify your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Customer Data that is accessed by Nasuni will (1) be kept confidential, (2) handled according to applicable laws and regulations, and (3) not be shared with any unauthorized personnel or comingled with other customers’ data.
